  3. Complete the enrolment process: start date, participants and channels
  4. Programme kicks off on the start date with the: Meet & Greet Session

The person coordinating this programme on behalf of the company will receive an email to get the programme setup and starting arrangements sorted.

  •   13-week micro-learning programme.

Includes a quarterly review.

The micro-learning process commences with a meet & greet session.

To start the programme the coordinator needs to arrange and agree with the team:

  • Starting date, and
  • Group coaching session dates and times.

These will be weekly recurring dates and times.

Our Micro-learning leadership development programmes consist of:

  1. Weekly challenges – Your team receives a carefully chosen weekly challenge
  2. Execute the challenge – The team members do the challenge which takes about 10-15 minutes
  3. Group coaching session – The team gives and gets feedback on their challenge activities and they learn from each other

Our micro-learning programme is based on practical leadership themes, skills and abilities that leaders need on a day-to-day basis.

The programme is born from practical experience with leadership teams and their day-to-day leadership needs and challenges.
