Learning Programme Terms & Conditions

This program has been developed and proven over a number of years in work environments with excellent results.

It is based on sound learning principles.

It has made huge contributions to people becoming good people leaders.

Rescheduling challenges/sessions

Technology failure, public holidays and other life happenings do mess with schedules.

We will happily reschedule a specific challenge once if any of the above occurs. One or more people not being available for a group coaching session due to personal or work reasons, will not be a reason for rescheduling.

Learning responsibilities

To maximise the learnings from the program takes a group effort by Nu-Leader, the manager and the participants.

Nu-Leader will do its best to ensure participants extract as much learning as possible from the program. However, we cannot take sole responsibility for failures to do so.

Participants are primarily accountable for their own learning.

Nu-Leader and the company are responsible to collaboratively create the opportunities for learning.

Refunds

Once the 1st challenge has been distributed, no refunds will be applicable. We will however deduct a 5% administration fee if cancelled after enrolment but before the 1st challenge is sent.

Nu Leader Responsibilities

  • We provide a vehicle to teach good people leadership skills using micro-skills in a practical way
  •  We provide a leadership learning program that is based on sound learning principles. This ensures the efficacy of the program. However, participants’ learning uptake will vary due to their personal and environmental situations and can therefore not be guaranteed.
  •  We take account of client’s good people management needs to handpick the challenges from our database. This focuses the learning program on the best results for the client.
  • We facilitate the program itself including the group coaching sessions
  • We provide feedback to the manager on learning program progress
